NAMES OF PERSONS TRAVELING

It is crucial that the person making the booking enters the correct names of all persons traveling. If “TBA" or another abbreviation is entered as the guest’s name, the provider may reject the booking. The names of all persons traveling must be entered, and the first name should be followed by the family name.

E-MAIL ACCOUNTS

It is the responsibility of all Paxila clients to ensure they have entered a correct e-mail address. If our e-mail has been sent to your junk or bulk mail folder, you can prevent this from happening again by opening our e-mail and clicking on the “not spam" or “this is not spam" button.

PAYMENT AT PAXILA

Currency exchange rates generally change on a daily basis depending on the fluctuations in the market. Paxila reserves the right to update service rates displayed on the website depending on any market fluctuations.

Any changes relating to currency exchange rate fluctuations will not affect the rates of an already confirmed booking. Likewise, once a booking has been booked and confirmed at the rates you have accepted, there is no refund for any difference in rates due to exchange rate fluctuations.

CANCELLATION PROCESS & REFUND FOR SHORE EXCURSIONS & DAY TOURS

Shore excursions and day tours (without flights) can be cancelled until 24 hours before arrival without any extra charges (except hot air balloon rides and airplane tickets). If the tours are cancelled less than 24 hours before arrival, 100% of the total tour cost will apply as “No Show."

Important: If the booking is made through one of our local offices outside Turkey, the “local rules & conditions" apply as per the region purchased.

CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS

For tours purchased from us, our company name will appear as Paxila on the credit card statement of the credit card used to make the booking. Paxila reserves the right to correct any pricing or displayed errors and/or omissions. This includes errors and/or omissions entered by a local agent. In the event of a price error and/or omission, we will offer you the choice of either keeping the booking at the correct rates, canceling the booking, or, subject to availability, offering you a suitable alternative service.

PROOF OF ID

To protect your Paxila account – When a booking has been made by a third party, Paxila reserves the right to request proof of ID from the credit cardholder as well as a signed authorization form.

This security measure is not to cause any inconvenience but merely to protect the credit cardholder against any credit card misuse.

COMPLAINTS

Complaints regarding tours and services should be communicated via our relevant email address and phone number. All complaints must be notified to us within 7 days of the check-out date. Complaints relating to hotel services will be forwarded by Paxila to the relevant party. Response times vary from 1-5 working days depending on the nature of the issue.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Paxila shall not be liable for any failure in service resulting from uncontrollable circumstances such as flood, earthquake, riot, terrorist acts, acts of governments or authority change in a country, bad weather conditions, etc.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Paxila uses a special health insurance that is renewed annually and also covers third parties. If an unfortunate event occurs during the tours you have purchased from us in Turkey (such as an accident, injury, or death), the expenses will be covered by our company’s insurance.

We highly recommend you buy travel insurance to cover your loss in case of any cancellation done within the deadline, which will occur with no-show as there will not be any refund provided by Paxila. If you have an insurance policy and if the amount you have paid is within no-show rules, please contact us to get a letter for your insurance company to get your refund from insurance.

IMPORTANT

When the client has completed the booking online, they must check and make sure all the details on the pre-paid service voucher are correct. In case of incorrect reservations, details such as name, surname, date of birth, and passport number can be changed upon your request until the tour date.
